Joseph P. Davis is a passionate personal injury attorney with 30 years of hard-fought experience. He is known for his persistent advocacy of his clients’ rights both inside and outside of the courtroom. He believes in helping people who have been personally injured from wrongs caused by the negligence of others and the intentional acts of others. Joseph stands up for the good people of Mississippi day in and day out to see that they are justly and fairly compensated for the injuries they have suffered. He is a true fighter, and it shows in the results he has secured for his clients through the years. Joseph was raised on the Mississippi Coast and attended the University of Mississippi, where he received a Bachelor of Accountancy degree. After graduation, Joseph enrolled in law school at the University of Mississippi. During his time in law school, Joseph was a member of the Moot Court Board and a member of The International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi.
When not in the office, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife, LeAnn, and their two children. He is a college football fan and enjoys riding motorcycles, saltwater fishing, playing golf, and hanging out at the islands.
